As the Program Manager (FedRAMP) you will be leveraging your extensive planning, organization, and communication skills to collaborate with customers and internal teams, developing the strategic direction of the Totara Government and Federal Cloud Product Offering. Working collaboratively with both technical and leadership teams, you will own and oversee the overall direction of the government product offering, with heavy focuses on process building and product definitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the overall cloud product offering in the government space
  • Own and manage the logistical processes surroundings or FedRAMP authorization
  • Document, track and manage the completion of key deliverables for engineering, infrastructure and security
  • Help with identifying staffing needs within the government practice
  • Monitor and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery of objectives
  • Organize daily/weekly/monthly activities based on the goals of the organization
  • Define sustainable goals and KPIs for the organization
  • Evaluate and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss the programs’ status and objectives
  • Work with customers to develop strategic Learning & Development plans that leverage the product

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in the Learning & Development technology space
  • 5 or more years of experience project managing technical teams
  • Strong written & verbal skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of developing successful internal and external relationships
  • Ability to perform as a team member and individually
  • Strong collaborative and organizational skills
  • Technical aptitude with enterprise software platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Experience working with compliance (PCI, ISO, OCC, FedRAMP, Etc…)
  • Basic knowledge of datacenter or cloud operations/requirements

This position is a full time, fully remote opportunity that reports to the Vice President of Operations and requires an individual in the continental United States. Some travel is required.
